MUSTANGS MEMORIAL DAY SHOWDOWN

Come compete in the Mustangs Memorial Day Showdown! This three-division tournament brings together A, B, and C level teams from community-based travel baseball leagues across from surrounding communities for a weekend of competitive baseball, sportsmanship, and exciting matchups.

Teams are required to register in the division that corresponds with their current level of play within their community-based league. Team levels will be verified.

Elite teams and Full time tournament teams are not allowed.

Registration Requirements

Level of play for this tournament is A, B, and C in separate divisions.

Teams must participate in regular season play in a community-based league.

Maximum roster size 13 playing members. No Exceptions

3 game guarantee, weather permitting.

2 pool play + bracket/consolation games.

Additional Registration Information

To participate in the Mundelein Mustangs Memorial Day Showdown, teams must be registered with a community-based travel baseball league (e.g., LSFBL, MSBL, WSBL, KCBL, or similar leagues). The tournament is open to community-based travel teams competing at the A, B, and C levels.

Elite teams and Full time tournament teams are not allowed.

At registration, teams must identify their community-based travel league and level of play for the 2027 season.

If a team moves to a higher level of competition after registering (e.g., from A to Elite), the team must notify the Tournament Directors as soon as the change occurs. The team will be removed from the tournament. If a replacement team is secured, the original team will receive a refund minus a $75 service fee.

Teams found competing at a higher level than the level declared at registration without notifying the Tournament Directors will be removed from the tournament without a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Withdraw From the Tournament: Teams that withdraw after registration is confirmed and payment is made will not receive a refund, unless a replacement team is found. Once a replacement team registers, the withdrawing team will receive a refund for their registration fee, minus a $75 service fee.

Team Levels: Teams found competing at a higher level than the level declared at registration without notifying the Tournament Directors will be removed from the tournament without a refund.
