Welcome to the 2024 Baseball/Softball Season!

MBSA is an all volunteer run organization.  We ask that each family complete 4 hours of volunteer work per child playing (up to 8 hours per family).  Any family who has not completed their volunteer hours will be assessed a $250 buy out fee.

Opportunities to volunteer include coaching, assistant coach, team parent, concessions and field prep/clean up. We are also always looking for new individuals to join the board, so please see an existing board member if you are interested.

The Thor Guard takes measurements thousands of times per minute, and will sound the all clear as soon as 10 minutes after the alarm,  provided that it is not reset by triggering another event (an event is any surface to ground discharge 12 miles or closer to the west or 3 miles or closer to the east - this does not necessarily need to be a strike, but can be a static discharge).

In the event that it does find an additional event, then the timer will continuously be reset until a full 10 minutes has passed from the latest event.

*No judgement calls should be made allowing play to resume if Thor triggered an event*
